Drive, manage, track Global Strategic contracts and Vendor Management and follow-up in SABIC globally to ensure timely and budget aligned delivery that meets customer needs and satisfaction, in line with SABIC'S IT STRATEGY TEAM.
Focus on optimizing IT Operations and investment Saving costs.
Support the Development Of Contracts monitoring webpage tool for financial and validity Control.
Developing and maintain required process and procedures related to Contracts Management.
Participating in planning and monitor the progress of Contracts awarding.
Managing the documentation of the department and Support Other related activities.
Reporting the contractual figures to Department leader on frequent bases.
Participating in Contractors activity.
Special Skills & Knowledge
Minimum 3 years of experience in Contract Management.
Knowledge Of procurement vendor management practices and Certifications.
Deep market knowledge Of the Category of IT vendors
Advance skills in Excel, MS project, designing of presentation & SharePoint.
Familiar to utilize SAP
