Deliver SHEMS Elements Training Programs & Prepare SHEMS elements annual calendar.
Conduct SHEMS Elements procedures awareness as per the needs & Participate in SHEMS Audits.
Develop safe work habits and practices in line with SHEMS & Meet department BP / KPI related to SHEMS Training.
Enhance the quality of the SHEMS Elements Training material as per the revised procedures as & when it is done.
Assesse/Evaluate the knowledge of employees; maintain records; and, periodically issue reports.
Assist employees in eLearning system & Develop/Execute training material! plans and ensue effectiveness.
Mentoring and support employees to understand & implement SHEMS procedures ¡n their work area.
Work closely with SHEMS elements/sub element administrators and coordinator to adopt SABIC directions and best practices.
