This position improves the effectiveness of our core processes to drive cost savings, standardization and improved productivity. Position is responsible for understanding core processes used by the organization, identifying process improvement opportunities, and working with key stakeholders to implement process improvements and calculate cost savings. Identify core processes across the organization to understand the flow of work, hand-offs, etc. Develop a map of key processes that should be reviewed for potential streamlining. Work with key stakeholders to map the designated processes and look for potential cycle time reductions and process efficiencies. Calculate cost and productivity savings across the organization and report to management to inform decision- making. Work with all level of the organization to support elimination of waste and variation and improve customer satisfaction lean six sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Special Skills & Knowledge
- Must have demonstrated experience in understanding cycle time, organization systems, change management, process mapping and preferred to be certified BBSS.
- Must have tact, savvy, and discretion in balancing the interests of multiple constituents and stakeholders.
